General Information

All jewellery is made to the highest standards. If you find fault with any piece please return to us for a replacement. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear will be looked at individually and assessed. If possible pieces will be repaired or a replacement will be provided. Ear studs are fitted with titanium posts and clip-ons have comfort backs. Brooches have safety catches, and necklaces and collars have ‘Lobster Claw’ safety catches. Bohemian crystals are used wherever possible and imitation pearls are used throughout unless stated otherwise.
